-Due to the handmade nature of the product, slight variations in size (approximately 1–2 cm) may occur.
-Hand wash only in cold water.
-Avoid using detergents containing fluorescent agents or bleach.
-Do not iron. After hand washing, lay flat to dry in the shade.
-Do not use a tumble dryer, as it may cause damage to the product.
-Knit products may naturally stretch or develop pilling due to friction during wear.
-These characteristics are inherent to knit materials and are not considered defects.
Exchanges or returns are not accepted after wear for the reasons stated above.
All of the works registered at the online shop are handmade and custom-made, there may be tiny threads and dust in the product.
